通过对不同场所地域性的深入探究，

建构一个真正的可持续性本土建筑.

 

一个唯有此时此地，

 

才能生长出来的空间活动与建筑性格，

 

它没有可复制性.

 

但却是与人的“平时”最密切相关的场所.

| 问 题 | 

通过对当下建筑与城市问题的反思和长期的设计实践，我们发现当下中国建筑主要存在着：超大规模、复制、拼贴、同质化等问题。在高速的城市化进程中，建筑和城市空间不可避免地陷入了现代社会的困境。

 

| 方 法 | 

面对这样的情况，工作室提出了“本土建构”的设计理念。意在创造空间质量较高且绿色的地域性作品。

本土建构的主要特征：地域性、适应生长、创造力、差异化。

但，理解土地，是一切诉求的根

 

| 态 度 | 

平行于时间，不断生长转演的房子。

平时建筑是一个机构，同时也是一个理念。在实践中，我们注重建筑的经久性与转化演变的关系，从本质上激发空间的持续活力。以此，设计应以探究人的平常生活及其诉求变化为核心, 以人文的方式来建构与人的“平时”最密切相关的场所，也就是一个最平时的场所。每个设计都基于生活现实，并且要反映不同的社会诉求。

团队努力致力于那些体现着“之间关系”的国内外实际建造项目：乡村 / 城镇之间、建筑 / 城市之间、新 / 旧之间。

主要包括：本土建筑、公共空间、地域性酒庄实践研究、城镇规划、更新改造、城墙·微计划研究。

PL-T ARCHITECTS 平时建筑由 PL-T广州总部、PL-T威尼斯分部、PL-T本土酒庄工作室、ParallelStudy平行建筑学研究平台 这4个部分构成。

Parallel to time, the building is constantly growing and transforming.

PL-T ARCHITECTS is an architectural design organization and also a concept. In practice,we focus on the relationship between the durability and the evolution of the buildings in the design,to enhance the quality and the vitality of the buildings and citys.At the same time,  the core that design should focus on is to explore people's ordinary life, we hope to design a space that most closely related to people's daily life, as the most "USUAL" space.

|PRACTICE|

PL-T ARCHITECTS is committed to the actual projects which embody the "BETWEEN”. Between the village and the city, between the architecture and the city, between the new and the old. Each project is based on the reality of life, and reflects the different demands. Such as, Rural design,Indigenous architecture,Public space,Planning design of the city,City renewal and architecture renovation,  Research on the Circumvallation · Micro plan.

|METHOD|

We will look at the research object from a historical standpoint, the purpose is not to simply study their history, but to explore the intrinsic relationship among their past, present and future by means of history. After that, in this time-based linear relation, we add the sociology and anthropological thinking, at this time, this kind of thinking will break the time order which is "from the past to the present, then to the future", and evolve this clear linear relation established by history into a relatively vague and disordered ring relationship. Discussion on the durability of architecture and city is carried out in such a logic.

PL-T ARCHITECTS, insists that practice and theoretical research should go hand in hand.It is based on architectural practice and develops other activities which related to architecture, such as curation, investigate and academic exchange,  by this means to promote the development and other possibilities of architectural design.
